LM5143: Max Output caps

Hi all,

I'm looking to use this device as a power rail for Nvidia A100 GPU.

one of the requirements is the the input cap for the GPU (output of the buck) will be 5000uF.

can this device tolerate it? will if function properly?

Hi Ohad,

Cout = 5mF should be okay. Just design the compensation accordingly and select a long soft-start time to avoid excessive current at startup.
