Looking for a Spice model for the UCC27614. Looks like all that's on the site is a SIMPLIS model.

Hi Ryan,

Thank you for your patience.

Currently we do not have anything regarding a SIPCE file for UCC27614.

In the meantime, you can go ahead and use UCC27322 for its SPICE model. It is pin to pin with UCC27614 and but has a slightly lower drive current.

Inferring from your other thread that you are paralleling two switches, I would suggest using UCC27614 in your application for the best drive strength, and using UCC27322 as a simulation tool.
