UCC256302: Latched stop

First of all, UCC256302 is not recommended for new design, which should use UCC256402.

The latch up issue cannot be solved with UCC256302, Even you cannot see the issue during development, but it could be happed in mass production.

5) Is the VISENS cross count or ringing frequency related to the latch-up caused by the noise superimposed on the ISNS?

if  VISNS across zero for multiple times after HO/LO turned off, it is possible to trigger this issue.

6) Does latch-up occur other than ISNS noise?

Yes, If HS has 2nd slew rate done signal , it also has risk to trigger this issue. \
