Hi Guillaume,

Well, I was incorrect. Our -SEP development flow is not as extensive as a QMLV flow where group C life test is performed on each lot for acceptance. We did do a one time qualification life test as described in the report below, however, devices are screened to the ATE test limits pre and post exposure without device to device data recording done. Therefore, potential drifts from life testing are not available for -SEP devices.
