in PSM mode, the SW node voltage overshoot can be (VIN+0.7V)@38ns (waveform is as below). Is that acceptable for TLV62569 ?

Hi Liu,
This waveform is expected and is normal operation of the converter. During PSM mode, the ringing at Sw node is theorectically higher as compared to the PWM mode. So this overshoot for few nsecs should not cause any potential damage to the device.
