TPS62088: Device suggestion

Hi Team,

Could you suggest a fit device for the requirement below? I suggested TPS62088 and TLV62585 for customer, but they want a larger package with a better thermal. Ta is expected upto 90 degC in their system.

VIN 3.6V

VOUT 2.2V

MAX IOUT 3A, AVG IOUT 1.5A

+ EN/PG pin needed

Hello Ella,

The other possible options are TPS62826/7 or TPS62865. Both ICs offer lower on-state resistance, so expect >1% higher efficiency than TLV62585.
TPS62865 is in a bigger package than TPS62826/7, and it will result to better thermal performance. Please refer to the attached .xls file which shows the efficiency of different devices at 1.8V output.
