Is there a mass production programming solution for this device? providing detailed work instructions for use with BQstudio is quite error prone and long winded. A single purpose production programmer hardware or software application would be an excellent resource.

Hello Cory,

A production tool named BQ-HI-PRODUCTION is available. At this time it only works with the EV2300. EV2300 is obsolete. If you already have EV2300 and PCs with older operating system, this is the best choice. You can also use 3rd party tools.

thanks, this is a pretty big oversight for a product with relatively complex programming requirements. do you support supplying this device pre-programmed?

Hello Cory,

The bq34z100-G1is preprogrammed at the factory. Only custom data flash parameters need to be written during production. BQ-HI-PRODUCTION is the tool that has the required feature set for this purpose.

I will highlight the EV2300 gap and hopefully we can provide a solution soon.
