Hello Team,
Customer considers to use ULN2003AINSR as alternative for ULN2003ANSR to avoid delivery issue.
According to the datasheet, we found the differences are VOH and temperature range.
However, they cannot accept VOH MIN -50mV.
Can ULN2003AI meet VOH MIN -20mV under less than 70C environment? They do not use this device at temperatures above 70C. Please give your advice. Thank you!
Temperature range
ULN2003A：-40 to 70C
ULN2003AI：-40 to 105C
VOH
ULN2003A：MIN -20mV
ULN2003AI：MIN -50mV
