UCD9090: different address bring up

Hi team,

My customer uses UCD9090 on a system. After system power up, they import a program that is configured for device address 0x7E previously. Now, when they change the board to another board which has different UCD9090 address, the software does NOT come up.

Have you seen this scenario in the past? Any guidance on what could be wrong?

what do they import, xml file, system file, data flash file?

Typical the configuration is independent of the device address.

I need more details to support.

Hi Yihe,

Customer created a file with *.TIFSP file extension, which I believe has different file types, and they saved it . They import this file (with *.TIFSP extension ) for the new boards to program the UDC9090.

For the .tifsp file, the address of the file must match the device otherwise the importing is not going to happen.

The solution is to use the project file(.xml) instead of tifsp file to import.
