I found TPS7B6950QDCYRQ showed two different lead frames on X-ray vision. Is this normal that lead frame can vary? Otherwise, Has been any PCN released ?

Hi Yeon,
Yes this is normal because the assembly site is a subcontractor and so they can use different lead frames. I recently supported a very similar question for the LM317 in the DCY package which had the same result. See the attached PPT that shows a comparison of the observed lead frame and the lead frame drawing from the subcontractor.

Thanks for the kind answer. They have the same country of origin except for DC as below. Is this normal even in same assembly site ?
1. DC : 2130, CS0:DM5, CC0:USA , AS0:NFM, AC0: CHN
2. DC : 2133, CS0:DM5, CC0:USA , AS0:NFM, AC0: CHN
