BQ77905: load removal detection problem

Dear e2e team,

I have a question about the load detection feature available on the BQ77905.

Since I have connected the battery charger to the output of the battery protector, the load removal detection would never be achieved after undervoltage or overcurrent because the battery charger is recognized as load. Is there any way to readjust or disable this feature?

    Hey Giorgia,

    To bypass the LD feature you can tie the LD pin to ground. Any recovery condition that requires "load removal" will automatically be met and only the delay or hysteresis will need to be met/accounted for.
