TPS706: can pin 4 connect capactior?

Hi Team,

My customer is considering TPS70625DBVR as alternative of LP2992AIM5-2.5/NOPB due to availability issue. 

Now pin 4 of LP2992AIM5-2.5/NOPB is connecting capacitor to reduce noise but pin 4 of TPS706 is a NC pin. 

Can customer keep the capacitor using with TPS706 without issue since they may go back to LP2992 in the future?
