LMR50410-Q1: If Vin is 8V , what Vout_max of LMR50410 can be?

The maximum VOUT will be slightly less than 8V, but it depends on your operation conditions (board layout, Feedback resistors, Inductor DCR, etc).  The device will still regulate even VOUT is lower than what you'd expect it to be. However, you can still shut the device off if VIN is too low by setting a UVLO value with the EN pin.
