We are looking for recommendations for DC-DC converters. We need:

4.5-5.5 volts in, 24 volts out, 1 amp.

Also need a negative gate bias DC-DC inverter, same input, very little current (FET gate).

Modules preferred, but can also do discrete.

A suitable part for your given specs would be the LM5156 Boost Converter.

For an inverter option, there is the MC33063A.

For more device options and alternatives, I can recommend to use the Webench design tool from TI.

You can simply enter your desired specifications and the tool suggests suitable TI parts and design examples.
