I have some questions about Under the Hood of Flyback SMPS Designs. could you please give me some comment on my questions, thanks.

1.) In the yellow part (Page 9), why "the primary current causes the voltage to rise very quickly when the main output is heavily loaded" ?
2.) In the yellow part (Page 9), why the auxiliary output is fully loaded, this ringing is clamped. but light is not clamped? because I don't see the waveform, it is hard for me to understand it.
3.) in the yellow part (page 9), why At light load, this results in a much higher auxiliary output voltage, which can sometimes even exceeding twice its nominal value.
