1. What's the typical forward voltage drop for below red frame diode in the functional block?

2. How to get below equation 1.7V in theory?

    1. What's the typical forward voltage drop for below red frame diode in the functional block?

    The two diodes shown are not physical diodes inside the IC but are functional representation only. A close voltage drop estimate to assume is ~1.5V and the resultant voltage is divided by 1/3 as seen by the CS comparator.

    2. How to get below equation 1.7V in theory? 

    1.7 V is the peak to peak amplitude of the oscillator ramp. It is not something that needs to be calculated but is given in the data sheet as below:
