Hi team,

Our customer, Mitsubishi, asked some questions to UCC28951-Q1.

Could you answer the following questions?

(1) Customer wants to confirm the actual voltage value in figure 6-19 "current sense cycle-by-cycle limit vs Temperature".

Can I confirm the actual value of the voltage at Tj=-40C, 25C and 125C?

(2)Can I confirm the difference of the voltage value of (1) between before and after qualification test of HAST if TI has the data?

    Hi Nishimura,

    Thanks for your interest in UCC28951. 

    unfortunately we do not have the original value for the datasheet.

    customer can follow below my captured figured 19 to know the value at -40/25/125 degree.

    so at -45degree, it is at around 1.9945V, at 25degree it is at around 1.9915V and at 125dgree it is at around 1.9845V.

    UCC28951 has the HAST qualification test, and all the data before and after the HAST test can still meet Figure 19 in the datasheet.
