HI Team,

Can you please check what the Vdo(max) @300mA over-temperature is for the TPS74701-Q1? This is only defined at 500mA in the datasheet.

    Hi Mitchell,

    For this part the dropout is very linear so it would scale to the ratio of the maximum output current. In this case the maximum dropout would be 72mV for 300mA. You can also see how linear it is based on the typical characteristic curves.
