Secondly, your Rilim=33kohm, tolerance=+-0.5%, and consider the temperature coefficient= +-50ppm, your Rilim value is 32.77725kohm min, 33kohm typ, 33.22275kohm max.(max=33kohm *(1+ 0.5%)+0.00165 kohm/℃* 35 ℃=33.22275kohm. min=33kohm* (1-0.5%)-0.00165 kohm/℃ *35 ℃=32.77725 kohm).
Finally, your current limit is 1529.26mA min, 1672.12mA typ, 1870.87mA max.(min=50576/(33.2275^0.987)-64=1529.26mA, max=49497/(32.77725^0.933)-37=1870.87mA, typ=53098/(33^0.989)=1672.12mA).
