Hi Team,

There is a good new that Customer is searching TI solution

Do we have a product that can compete with "BU4216F-TR " ?

1. It seem that TPS3422 can fight with BU4216F-TR,is there anything I need to pay attention to when replacing with our products?
2.Please suggest a best solution

3.Please provide comparison table and I will propose to customer ,THX

Hi Kygo

BU4216 is supervisor IC with programable RESET delay time. TLV840 , TLV841M are best fir for it.

TLV840/841M has better threshold accuracy and lower supply current compare to BU4216. TLV841M has ultra small YBH package (0.73mm*0.73mm) which is very useful in area constrained applications.

It seem that we currently do not have the 1.6V option for the TLV840-Q1, this is only available with the TPS3840-Q1.

This Rohm device has a 1.6V threshold voltage so TPS3840DL16DBVRQ1 was proposed as closest alternative ,right ?

The BU4216F is not p2p with TPS3840 as it has 4 pins compared to the 5 on TPS3840.
