TPS22975: Required Capacitance for VBIAS pin

Hi All,

May I know the required capacitance on the VBIAS pin?

We use 3.3V for Vin and 5V for VBIAS.

Do you have a recommended value?

Maybe 1uF or 0.1uF 0201 is enough.

Hello Chia,

VBIAS does not require a significant amount of capacitance since its Iq is expected to be 45 uA maximum. 0.1uF should be enough and is used on many of our EVMs. TPS22975 specifically doesn't even use any capacitance on VBIAS for its EVM.
