Hello, I plan to use our TI company's LM5122 to make a power supply of 36-54V input and output 96V/15A in the near future. Check the chip manual. I have some doubts about the power supply of the chip VCC. Does the VCC need an additional separate power supply, or is it internal to the chip? Can generate a +15V?
