Thanks for your interest in our MOSFETs.
The CSD18543Q5A is not a real part number, I believe you meant CSD18543Q3A, this is a 60V 9.9mOhm max device in a SON3x3 package.
The CSD18540Q5B is a 60V 2.2mOhm max device in a SON5x6 package, so alot lower resistance and 30mm2 vs 10mm2 SON3x3 package.
If your question is what is the difference between CSDxxxxxQ5B and CSDxxxxxQ5A, they are both classified as SON5x6 packaged and are pin to pin if you use the TI recommended pcb footprints. The Q5B is a sawn leadframe SON5x6 , the Q5A is a punched lead frame device
