LP5024: LP5024RSMR different marking

Part Number: LP5024
Dear Sir/Madam

 

We have purchase a part LP5024RSMR from distributor,they're two D/C,one is 2146+,and one is  2116+ CSZ Assembly Site Origin,the 2146+ marking is LP,the second line is 5024,but the 2116+ one marking LP LP5024,on the line 2,there is one more "LP",can you tell me why,is there any basis for this?

I found out the PCN of this part that add "additional Fab site (DMOS6) and additional Assembly site (CARZ)",Assembly Site Origin "CSZ",but the document doesn't mention about the marking,can you help to check if it is this relevant to this PCN? 

We want to make sure that this is correct. 

Pls help to check and advise.

    Hi Susan, 

    We usually resolve application-level technical problems and don't have access to any info on date code or water mark. The quality is guaranteed if devices were purchased from licensed distributor. Please contact the TI / Distributor's sales team and have them looking into this problem.
