Do we have a product that can compete with "MAX77301 " ?
My customers currently use maxim MAX77301 for type C battery 1S1P charger. But the pitch of CSP IC is only 0.4mm. The 7 internal signals need to use blind hole design to fan out. In addition to increasing the cost, there will also be Potential risks of CAF. I have found the material BQ25121A, but I am not familiar with this material. Do you have any other suggestions?
1. It seem that BQ25121A can fight with MAX77301 ,is there anything I need to pay attention to when replacing with our products?
