Hello,
We are experiencing noise issue with the voltage reference TL431BIDBZR specifically with marking parts T3FU. So I would like to know what are the main functionnal differences between parts marking T3FU and all other markings: T3F3, T3FG and T3FS. So far, we tested marking T3F3 and T3FG without finding any noise problem. See below FFT done on voltage measurement:
We also got the bough parts information found in problem:
Here is below the circuit in question:
Note that the current drawn on the +8VA is very small 300-500uA and operating BW is 30Hz to 5KHz
Thank you for your help
Best Regards
Bruno
Hello Bruno,
These marking denote points of assembly and should have no bearing on the noise performance of the device. We also received your question through our field engineering team. Would it be ok we follow up directly through them?
Hello Masoud,
Thank you for your fast reply.
That's fine with me to get an answer by any communication channel as long as I can get some feedback as soon as possible. Note that the production is on hold with part marked T3FU.
Best Regards
Bruno
