Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS3702-Q1, TPS3702

Hi Team

We are planning to use TPS3702CX33DDCR one of the new design but it is not meeting storage temperature range please answer below questions;

1.Is there any material that cause permanent performance deviation/failure?

2.Is there any material that cause permanent physical damage to the part?

3.What is the material that don’t meet the -55C temperature?

4.what is the expected failure mode when component kept in -55C temperature?

Thank you,

Nathan

  • Hi Nathan,

    Thank you for you question. For your four questions I will have ask our design team for the definition.

    Just for clarification, the minimum storage temperature for both the TPS3702 and TPS3702-Q1 is -65C.

    That being said there, should not be be any expected failure at the -55C storage temp.

    TPS3702-Q1

    TPS3702
