TPS745-Q1: tps74501pqwdrvrq1 power good output haven't delay

tps74501pqwdrvrq1 form datasheet ,powergood have 150us delay, but test, power good output haven't delay,

RED 5V input, Green 3.3V ouput, blue powergood output,   you can see the powergood haven't delay.  what's wrong?

    Hi Jeff, 

    Are you saying that the delay is larger than 150us? 

    It looks like there is some issue with the time constants. I noticed that there is a Cff (C16) and another capacitor (C42). Is it possible to remove C16 and/or C42? 

    Also, is it possible to capture a scope shot including FB and making the time scale smaller? At 2ms/Div it is really hard to look at what is happening.
