Our customer is looking for a catalog or automotive LDO type that would be more likely to survive 5Mrad high dose rate irradiation by Co60 gamma source And has a relatively thin metal oxide layer.
His supply is 24VDC and he needs a low noise LDO to go from 5V to 3V. I was not able to find any in our database that fits his requirements except for the -EP variants of LDOs like TPS79730-EP.
Do you have anything at least closest to what he needs that he can consider to evaluate?
We don't characterize or prepare our LDOs for radiation resiliency. There may be one out there that can meet their requirement but we have no way of gauging it.
