TPS79730-EP: Non-space rated LDO to survive 5mRad

Hi Guys,

Good day.

Our customer is looking for a catalog or automotive LDO type that would be more likely to survive 5Mrad high dose rate irradiation by Co60 gamma source And has a relatively thin metal oxide layer.

His supply is 24VDC and he needs a low noise LDO to go from 5V to 3V. I was not able to find any in our database that fits his requirements except for the -EP variants of LDOs like TPS79730-EP.

Do you have anything at least closest to what he needs that he can consider to evaluate?
