Hello PMIC team,
I would like to check with you if X-ray inspection to check solder integrity affects IC status/quality of LM5164.
Checking on our website Ị just found: https://www.ti.com/support-quality/reliability/reliability-home.html which mentioned:
TI does not typically specify acceptable x-ray levels on the device datasheet. Experience has shown that most TI products will NOT be sensitive to typical x-ray inspection (with typical exposures < 100 rad(Si)). X-ray exposures over these limits, however, may cause damage to the device and should be avoided.
But I am not sure if it applies for all of our devices.
