LM5156: can i use LM5156 to acheive AC/DC 12-265Vin design?

Hi team,

My customer want to use LM5156 for 12V-48Vdc 85V-265Vac in the same circuit, 3*isolated 6Vout, total 12W output. Does LM5156 suitable for this demand and why? If not, do you have alternative device recommend?

Hello Sirui,

Thanks for reaching out. Do you mean that the input voltage is an AC voltage and you 12V as output DC voltage? The LM5156 is not an offline controller, in this case you should consider an AC/DC controller.
