  IBIS means the Input/Output Buffer Information Specification for simulation.

we don't have available IBIS model. we can provide some IC data to help customer to build IBIS model if customer really need it.

  And i would like to check with you the MOS parasitic inductance of SW pin? Here attach the SW waveform, it is weird, so i want to get the IBIS model to have a simulation.

 pls check the circuit SCH and update waveform as below:  

 12Vin, 5Vout/1A max.

 Customer uses 6 pcs in WI EE, i think this ringing will cause abnormal EMI issue and make the system unstable ,so pls kindly check this ,tks in advance.
