TPS63020: Not getting required output

actually I am testing at tp12 in my board and getting 0.1v at the output can you tell me how can output be so much affected 

what else info do you need . I will be happy to provide you the info

Sorry for the late response 

actually I rechecked the board and found that inductor was placed incorrectly in the opposite polarity 

So now problem is solved ,
