LM3224MM-ADJEV: Need the support for Boost converter Ic current related issue

Dear E2E Team,

 - I need support related for boost converter output current issue...

- I tested boost converter using External input 4v/8A power supply and generated 12v output.

- As per datasheet i see switching current is 1.9A to2.45A or max 2.8A at 2.7volt or 3.0 volt.

- But Practically my tested result: 12v 450A max  load output  then Output voltage Gradually decrease as taking more current of my board  till the 7v and then restart my board.

- I required maximum 2A constant current for my load, so LM3224MM Ic is capable to provide Required load current ? 

  If this IC provide the 2A current then what changes need to do in my Schematic and If Not then please provide the Reason.

 Here i share our schematic part for your reference.
