TPS60403: Any smaller package than the TPS60403 recommend

Team,

Customer is finding a Negative Voltage Regulator that need transfer the +2V to -2V.

Since the application is AR Glass, the package SOT-23 of TPS60403 is large for them. So do you have any recommend for this?

    Hi William,

    There are very few inverters in the market, and this one can support your very low Vin.

    A smaller option is the LM27761, and this would need to run from a higher Vin such as the battery or a 3.3V rail.  The built-in LDO is probably desired to give a cleaner output voltage, but the efficiency will be lower.
