TPS62827: Which of P-ch or N-ch is the internal FET used?

When I looked at the function block diagram, the symbol of high-side and low-side FET shows N-ch FET. But, there is not a charge pump for power supply of high-side gate drive circuitry. Which of P-ch or N-ch is internal FET used?

Hi Tamio,
