TPS6594EVM: The EVM can not connect to the PC

If you click the drop down arrow for "Select Port" is COM5 not listed as an option?

Also if trying to talk to an '1111 device the I2C1 address is 0x4C.

No, there are no "COMx" can be selected. I have tried I2C1 address, it is not useful too.

I believe that I may have made a mistake.  The version 11 runtime is associated with the PMIC GUI version 3.0.  It appears that you are running version 2.0 which uses the version 8 runtime.  Did you already have the version 8 installed?

Thank you for confirming.  I cannot determine what is the root problem.  From the image in the first post, the PC can clearly see that the EVM is enumerated as COM ports 5 and 6.  I have reached out to the local field engineer and I will work to provide you a replacement.

The revision is BMC047A. The COM ports 5 and 6 are gray. They may not recognize the EVM.
