LM134: Suitable replacement that can be modeled.

Hello,

I am looking to model a circuit that uses the lm134 part in ltspice but it seems like there are no models. Are there any suitable replacements that can be modeled?

Hello,

Unfortunately these devices are very old and there are no spice models available. Sorry about that.

Thank you for all your help so far! What about any similar parts, (I really need to be able to simulate my circuit so sorry if I am being pushy)? Only the current and voltage specs really matter. If the packaging is different it wouldn't matter. If the input voltage range was greater it wouldn't matter. So if there are parts with a similar function and that have models please let me know so I can pick the closest one and use it in my circuit!
