EV2400: EV2400 not detected in PC

I bought a brand new EV2400 from the TI store. The device is not getting detected on any PC. All three LEDs are turned ON.

What is the issue?

Hello Prabhat,

Are you able to update the firmware to the most recent or does it indicate an error? What operating system are you using?

Do you mean the device is not being shown in the Device Manager page when plugged in, or the EVM is not being detected?

The device is not being detected in the device manager. It shows no EV2400 found when I am trying to update the firmware.

I am using WIndows 10

Hello Prabhat,

Try running the firmware updater with the -s option. Until the firmware is updated, Windows may not recognize it as the EV2400.

Check if any USB device shows up in Device manager when it is connected.

I have tried with the -s option, but it is not getting detected so the program terminates automatically.

No no USB device show up in device manager.

Hello Prabhat,

Looks like the hardware is either defective or was damaged. You can try contacting the TI store for a replacement.
