I want to ask you if I use LM74610-Q1 in my application and after that I use switching regulator TPSM5D1806 in my application.

also my input supply is 12v 80Ah tractor battery .

so in case dynamo charging the battery voltage fluctuated between 9 to 19 v .

is the reverse protection ic LM74610-Q1 delivered stable output between 4.5 v to 15v because my powersuply ic input voltage range is between 4.5v to 16v.

so can this LM74610-Q1 protect against over voltage according to switching regulator?

    LM74610-Q1 is a Smart Diode Controller which offers only input reverse polarity protection and reverse current blocking. 

    This device cannot regulate the output voltage to a desired level and also does not have over voltage protection functionalities. As you can see the body diode of the FET driven by LM74610-Q1 is oriented such that even if the  FET is turned OFF there will be forward current flow as long as VIN>VOUT. So, there is no control on forward current. 

    If you can let me know the max load current in the path and the features required, I can suggest the right devices suitable for your application.
