BQ25790: What's the deglich time?

Hi Harry,

The recharge deglitch time is the delay before charge restarts after the battery voltage falls below the recharge threshold.  This is to prevent a SYS transient, causing a momentary dip in battery voltage, that leads to early recharge.  I typically refer to deglitch times as time hysteresis.
