TLV755P: UVLO protection circuit works or not when EN pin and IN pin both are 0 Volt

My question is the mosfet in the red line part on or off when IN and EN pin are both 0 Volt.

    Hi Yang,

    The TLV755P is powered internally by the IN rail, so if IN is brought down to 0V, then it will be unable to actively discharge the output node, as the active discharge circuitry will not have power to drive the pulldown cmos device that you have circled in red.

    From the datasheet section 7.4.3:

    "The active pulldown is on when sufficient input voltage is provided"
