How to through LM74700EVM measuring Operating quiescent current (ON = High) ?

    Hi Huang,

    We usually employ a source-meter to source an input voltage and use it to measure the current when no load is connected. Iq for LM74700-Q1 is typically near 80uA. When EN is pulled low, the device sinks even less current, called the shutdown current with a typical value of around 1uA. Below is the shutdown current measurement taken with the source meter (EN=low). A similar measurement can be taken in the lab with EN=high for Iq measurement.
