Dear team,

1. What is PFSM sequencer error? Our 6594 has a power on sequence. Dos it mean power-on-sequence have error?

2. How long is the recovery time interval? I don't see such spec on the datasheet.

3. When detecting immediate shutdown issue, below first picture said "from any state to safe recovery", but in the second picture, it said that from any state to standby. These two description is conflict. Which one is correct?

This indicates a fault happened during a PFSM state transition. You have to read the other interrupts figure out which fault occurred. In a multi-PMIC solution, if a fault occurred on the secondary PMIC (like an OV/UV) during a transition, the primary PMIC may only show the PFSM_ERR_INT. The interrupt of the secondary PMIC would need to be read.

Depending on the error that cause the device to enter safe recovery, the recovery attempts will be 15-20 ms apart

3. Please note that the table and diagram you are referencing are for an example state machine and may not reflect NVM you are working with. Secondly, I don't think the two are in confict because a severe or moderate PFSM error is an Immediate or Orderly Shutdown trigger in most NVM, so both of the red arrows you've drawn you be true. The PMIC would turn off it's rails, essentially going into standby, then immediately go to the Safe Recovery State
