BQ76952EVM: PACK+ and PACK- is not closed

Part Number: BQ76952EVM

Hi,

I am trying to calibrate current by giving a constant current of 3000mA across the PACK+ and PACK- of the BQ76952EVM board. I connected a 42V DC supply across BAT- and CELL16 and used the cell simulator to calibrate the cell voltage, PACK, STACK and LD voltages. Data Memory:Configuration:TS1 Config and Data Memory:Configuration:TS3 Config have the value Hex 07. So, I tried to calibrate the temperatures by ticking Sensor 1 and Sensor 3 in Calibration:Temperature Calibration. But it gives an error and does not calibrate. It did work once though. Also for the Current Gain Calibration, I connected PACK+ and PACK- with a 12V supply in series with 4ohm resistor which should ideally give 3A flowing through this circuit. But it shows 0A in the multimeter and reader, and now I cannot calibrate current. This makes me doubt if I disabled any FET by mistake. But I followed the Training videos go set the register values in Data Memory. Are there any default configurations that is a must to ensure that I have a closed circuit?
