    Hello Ray,

    These are very old devices, and the only one there might be a replacement for is the PIC800.  I am assigning this thread to the HVP Product Group, they will respond to advise as to any possible replacement.  You will have to provide the circuit design parameters to see if there is a fit. 

    The UZS333 I am not finding any reference for this, the closest is the UZ7833.

    The UT6264 RAM, TI does not have RAM devices.

    The PIC740, you will have to provide the circuit parameters such as VIN/VOUT.  The only 30A Switching Regulator is the LM5170, but if the design requirements don't match, then there is not likely another device.

    Ray,

    The components you listed are from before the PWM controller days of Unitrode. What were once referred to as PIC's are now known as discretes. I'm curious why you are trying top cross refence components no longer manufactured? Are you looking for pin-to-pin drop in replacements for an existing legacy design? If so, I believe you will be hard pressed to find p2p alternates. Otherwise, if you are looking for "equivalent" electrical characteristics, I suggest you contact one of the many manufacturers of MOSFETs, IGBTs and power diodes.
