LP8733: Soft-start

Hi team,

Could you help me to check if my understanding of LP873345 soft-start is correct?
From datasheet p. 23-25,

1. Both DC-DC and LDO have soft-start
2. In case of DC-DC during the soft-start, the inrush current limit is working, but slew rate is not controlled. After reaching 0.35V, slew rate control will start.
3. In case of LDO during the soft-start, the slew rate is controlled so it is <100mV/uV.

    Hi Kazuki,

    Bucks and LDOs have soft start. Buck soft start will ramp the output voltage to 0.35V and the after that the output voltage will follow the defined slew rate. Soft start typically lasts till 120 µs.

    LDO slew rate is typically around 15 mV/µs and typical startup time is 300 µs.
