UCC256404: Simplis

Hi

My customer inquired that the simplis of UCC256404 is an ERROR.

Only the IC library was extracted and used from the simplis model on the web, but it becomes an error as shown below.

I think it's because it's coded. Can I only get the IC library file?

    Hi David,

    The original model which is in the web requires few input parameters as shown below which can be accessed by pressing F11 in the simplis. You could see in the above screen shot that one of the input parameters are TD1 and TD2 are missing .

    Also the Simplis controller model doesn't model all the features of the real controller to keep the simulation time less. So I would recommend directly using the existing web model  and change the input parameters as per the requirement. 

    One more suggestion is that don't use any other pins that weren't used by the existing model. These pins would be sufficient to validate the control and the power stage design.
