please tell me how to add the manufacturer string to fix out the PD3.0 issue?

I have project design in TPS65983B that thunderbolt Titan Ridge referance design: Tapex creek.

the project have to test PD3.0 protocol but it always fail on 1 issue. like below:

TD.PD.SRC3.E19:Manufacturer Info Fields Checks: Invalid DataSize

the tester feedback:

but I use TPS65983B Tool built firmware like below, that string was fill in and the name is right.

Hello,

The TPS65983B passed compliance before the PD merged testing. This is a merged test and there will be some failures since the definition changes. You can request a waiver for this issue since it is an older test.
