In case you are referring to a schematic and layout checklist tool, then there is no such tool for LMZ31710.
The best resources for layout in this case are:

Chapter 10 (Layout) in the Datasheet: LMZ31710 10-A Module, 2.95-V to 17-V Input and Current Sharing in QFN Package datasheet (Rev. F) (ti.com)

And if you still look for a layout example, then look at the User guide for the EVM: https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/slvu895b/slvu895b.pdf
